  My car was being serviced at the dealership today. They called to say I needed 4 new tyres and quoted two brands that seemed really expensive. I called Bob Jane's and spoke with Prue and was really impressed with the service today. She checked all the prices for various brands that would suit my car giving me a number of options over the phone. She quoted one of the same tyres and alignment and the difference in price was $240. I booked the car in and found Prue just as helpful in the shop. The overall service was fast, efficient and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

  Staff here were amazing. Fun, energetic, super helpful - much unlike the typical drab customer service you receive elsewhere. Will be recommending this place to everyone in the area, particularly Prue who put a smile on my face the second I walked in the door. She's a super star that one! Thank you Bob Jane Artarmon. My Mum, Dad and husband all have your number for the next time they need tyres, wheels and batteries.
